Barrel fermented in our cool cellar, with stirring on the lees. Aged in barrel then rested in stainless steel tank prior to bottling.
Bright, golden hue. Custard and cinnamon on the nose, with a firm mid-palate. Bright acidity, with notes of pineapple, banana, nutmeg, coconut, and toasty yet gentle oak in the background. Very clean finish.
