Upon harvest the grapes were frozen to concentrate their natural sugars and juice, and then pressed while frozen to yield a juice of 36.2 Brix.
Bright and reflective yellow-golden color. Lively nose of oranges, baked pineapple, passion fruit, meyer lemon, pears, and honey. A very well-balanced palate with generous but fluid sweetness and a racy acidity. Will age very well.
